New Site Facelift!
It’s been a while since I updated the blog. I had a lot of things happening at once the last two years, but long story short I am so glad I set up my website projects. Currently NSFW artists are catching strays thanks to group activities of anti-porn, anti-sex, and anti-intellectual individuals who are making it their business to impede our customers from using their money to support us.
I set up a new gallery (finally) to archive art in case of account deletion. The UK has banned porn and there are laws being implemented to force people to show ID just to prove they are 18+, so now is an important time to make spaces accessible to people who follow me. The gallery carousel has lightbox features, you can scroll through stuff (even automatically).
The site index has “apps” on the home page, and has a vintage Windows feel. I got fancy and made a music player to share albums I think are lit. I might cycle it once a month. Free music, no ads guaranteed!
I’ve made my peace about leaving Patreon to make my own website, and things have been so much better since dropping these platforms. I cannot overstate enough to people with their own communities they’ve built to get off these sites. I remain optimistic, and I’m more than happy creating spaces that people can come back to whenever they want a good read, or just want to know what I’m up to without all the noise of bad faith arguments, discourse, and troll-checks incentivized to ragebait others.
